About Our Sioux City Store

Our Sioux City store occupies a portion of a 60,000 square foot building owned and operated by our parent company, Tip Top Tux. Formerly the city’s train depot, the building has gone through extensive renovations to preserve its historical integrity while providing employment for over 150 people in the Siouxland area. Our selection of designer gowns is the largest in the tri-state area. We share a single entrance with the Tip Top Tux store, and our retail spaces are adjoined. A single staff of formal wear consultants serve both stores; making your event attire coordination even easier for everyone involved.

Directions

We are located on Floyd Blvd near the Fourth Street Historic District of downtown Sioux City. You should be able to spot the large “Dream Dress” and “Tip Top Tux” lettering painted in white across the top our building as you approach downtown on Floyd.

Parking

We have off-street parking available in a lot adjacent to the building. There is also street parking with sidewalk access near the store entrance on Floyd Blvd.
